Arkestra

Tayfun Mumcu Studio’s design for Arkestra redefines luxury dining in the heart of Istanbul. Set within a prestigious villa, Arkestra’s interiors evoke a sense of grandeur, blending jewel-toned leathers, plush velvet wallcoverings, and rich wood paneling to create an immersive, opulent
atmosphere.

With iconic design elements like Andreu World and Louis Poulsen, reimagined to fit the space’s lavish yet modern aesthetic, every detail of the restaurant speaks to Mumcu’s visionary approach. Arkestra is not only a feast for the senses but a backdrop that enhances Chef Cenk Debensason’s French-inspired menu, interwoven with Japanese, Korean, and Italian influences.
